Continued use was eventually going damage her system beyond repair, and Eggwoman – the only person who can perform the maintenance was nowhere to be found. She did, however install a failsafe in Twinsie Woman. Should she be close damaging her system through general usage, she will enter a state of hibernation in order to give her robotics a chance to self-repair. Twinsie Woman, who was unaware of this, continued battling, self modifying and overusing her robotics. This rapidly accelerated her deterioration, prematurely triggering the hibernation.

In a state of inactivity for two years, her self-repair system attempted to fix the damages, but failed to, as it was not yet fully initialised. Now, her system attempts to reboot for the first time ever since hibernation...

Eventually returning to base, Twinsie Woman finds no sign of the doctor or the other roboticised masters. A few robots have been left behind to keep the place up and running, but there are no specialised repair bots, which means that she is unable to even have her exterior damages repaired. Locating the Doctor has now become her top priority, and the database may hold clues as to her whereabouts...
